Women's Basketball Suffers 68-60 Loss at Campbellsville - Harrodsburg

HARRODSBURG, Ky. – The W women's basketball team falls to 5-15 on the season in a 68-60 loss at Campbellsville University – Harrodsburg on Saturday, Jan. 25. In the effort, senior forward My'Neka Frazier recorded her 11th double-double of the season with 24 points and 14 rebounds. She was assisted by senior guard Autumn Taylor who tallied 14 points and seven rebounds.
 
As a team, the Owls went 20-for-56 (35.7 percent) from the field, 2-for-9 (22.2 percent) from three-point range, and 18-for-28 (64.3 percent) at the line. Campbellsville shot 23-for-73 from the floor, 8-for-27 (29.6) from beyond the arc, and 14-for-30 (46.7 percent) at the line. 
 
The Owls outrebounded the Tigers 51-45 and scored more points in the paint 30-24. The W had fewer turnovers 26-15 but scored the same amount of points on opponent's miscues 9-9. 
 
The Owls will be back in action on Thursday, Jan. 6 when they travel to Marion, Ala. to face fellow USCAA-institution Judson College. Tipoff is set for 5:30 p.m.
